This product worked perfect for what I wanted. I have a 1935 Ford Coupe street rod on which I had installed a pair of Bob Drake Reproductions straight arm, hinge post mounted, rear view mirrors. To eliminate blind spots to the right side, I wanted to replace the mirror head with a convex mirror but so far had been unable to find one. Thanks to this product I now have what I needed. I tested the functrionality of it by attaching it to the present mirror head with rubber bands and test driving the vehicle. It performed just as I wanted it to. I chose to break out the glass on the present mirror head and glue in this replacement lens with the silicone adhevise to give it a show like appearance.
I am extremely satisfied with this and appreciate the lower cost solution to my needs. Thank you.
